Ducati Scrambler 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition – First Look

Celebrating ten years of Joy
As we expected, Ducati is celebrating a decade of its modern Scrambler with an anniversary edition model with the help of Rizoma. Ducati will produce only 500 units of the Scrambler 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition, each presented in a Stone White and Black livery highlighted with components in Metal Rose.
Metal Rose (don’t call it Rose Gold like Apple does, as there’s no actual gold in there) has been a trendy color in the fashion industry for some time now, and it’s usually used to provide a sense of elegance and sophistication. It seems a bit odd to feature it on a Scrambler, which is typically marketed for its spunkiness, but as Ducati says, “this Ducati Scrambler rejects labels and classifications, like a true work of art that anticipates the trends and lines of the future, becoming an extension of his rider in which style, innovation and individuality move in perfect harmony.”
At its heart, the 10° Anniversario model is no different from a regular second-generation Ducati Scrambler. Rizoma and the Centre Stile Ducati collaborated on the white and black design. The Stone White tank cover and highlights on the headlight and tail contrast against the blacked out engine, chassis, exhaust, and underslung bar-end mirrors, with black side panels on the tank with relatively subdue badging indicating it as an anniversary edition.
Rizoma then picked components to get the Metal Rose treatment. The windscreen, timing belt cover plates, frame covers, clutch covers and footrests all received the special finish, helping provide some contrast from the black and white, without being overdone to the point of gaudiness.
“Rizoma has succeeded in the difficult task of reinterpreting Scrambler while maintaining its essence unchanged,” says Andrea Ferraresi, director of strategy at Centro Stile Ducati. “I was struck by the formal rigor, the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the treatment, including the color, that Rizoma has incorporated in the concept that then became this celebratory version of the tenth anniversary of Scrambler.”
The Ducati Scrambler 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition will be available in March 2025. Pricing begins at $15,000.
