We now see the latest iteration in the third installment with the Shoei Neotec 3. Fit and finish are typical Shoei quality while some new features are sure to make followers of the Neotec line happy. That’s not to say we didn’t find a few nits to pick, though.

I've had the Neotec 1 and now the 2 for years, and don't have a problem with fogging, but I don't use the chin curtain. Don't need it, prefer the extra air flow. I'm quite happy with my Neotec's and will probably continue to buy them as needed. Very comfortable and good flow in hot weather. I've tried a few modulars over the years, and this is the best IMHO. Don't feel any need to upgrade to the 3, based on this review. The 2 is a great helmet.
